Return Policy
Manusaiw accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise. We will refund all unused and undamaged merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and paid to the original form of payment.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging (where possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full refund.
We will not accept the following:
- Items that have been used, worn, damaged or washed.
- Items that have been returned after the 30-day period.
- Manusaiw merchandise tags are not attached to the item or have not been returned. Please note that merchandise tags are an integral part of each item.
- Protective materials, such as packaging for clothing, have not been returned.
- Final sold merchandise is not returnable.
Colors
Every effort has been made to ensure that product colors are displayed as accurately as possible on the Manusaiw website. However, due to differences in computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display colors exactly.
Defective or damaged items
We are sorry to hear that the item you received was not in good condition. To help us resolve your issue, please go to the Contact Us page. To help us resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information when you first contact us:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name and code (product name and code can be found in your order confirmation email)
- Picture of the problem
- Description of the problem
Can I exchange the item instead of a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and reorder to receive a replacement. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your unwanted item.
Tracking returns and getting a refund
- Please be sure to keep proof of postage for your return. Manusaiw is not responsible if the return is lost in transit before it reaches our returns center.
- For items returned within 30 days, refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
- Once we have processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email regarding your refund.
- The refund will be in the amount of the original receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing from the date you mail your return.
- If you have not received confirmation after the above time, please check your spam/junk folder.
- Please retain proof of postage until we have processed your return. If you have not received confirmation after the above date, please contact Customer Service with a copy of your proof of postage and confirmation of your returned merchandise.
- If you have not received your refund, your card may have expired.
